The eight finalists of the 2026 Miss Universe Philippines beauty pageant received their national titles during The Miss Philippines 2026 coronation night at the City of Dreams Manila in Pasay City.

At the same event, the Miss Philippines Worldwide 2026 pageant was introduced. In social media, the post read:

"More than a title, the Miss Worldwide Philippines is a global platform that celebrates individuals who embody the spirit of fashion, culture, entertainment, and the performing arts. It is where artistry, influence, movement, and global representation come together on one stage.


"The winners of Mister and Miss Worldwide Philippines will travel across Manila, Hong Kong, Seoul, London, Paris, New York, Los Angeles, Sydney, and Dubai—gaining cultural exposure and immersive experiences in the worlds of fashion, theater, film, music, and entertainment.

"Coming in the first quarter of 2027, the Mister and Miss Worldwide Grand Finals are envisioned as a semi-musical theatrical experience where pageantry, fashion, and performance merge into one elevated production. Featuring music, movement, runway, and live performances, the show serves as a true celebration of artistry, creativity, and entertainment."

Nicole Borromeo of Cebu will represent the Philippines at the Miss Worldwide Grand Finals in 2027.

Filipino-American actor Matt Evans has said that he appreciates his mother and his family more these days with the help of his afternoon teleserye "The Greatest Love" aired weekdays on ABS-CBN.
