Vice Ganda joins forces with MediaQuest
In a landmark development that promises to reshape Philippine entertainment, the Unkabogable Box Office Superstar Vice Ganda has forged a pivotal partnership with MediaQuest Holdings, one of the country’s leading media conglomerates under the MVP Group of Companies.
The official signing ceremony, held on August 12 at The Lighthouse in Meralco Center, brought together industry powerhouses and signaled a dynamic new era for Filipino audiences.
The event drew key figures including Vice Ganda, MediaQuest Holdings President and CEO Victorico P. Vargas, Slingshot Studios’ Ranvel Rufino, and PLDT Chairman Manny V. Pangilinan, whose leadership has long been synonymous with innovation in Philippine media.
Their presence underscored the significance of this alliance—a union of Vice Ganda’s star power and MediaQuest’s unparalleled reach.
This collaboration cements Vice Ganda’s stature as the “Queen of All Networks,” opening doors to unprecedented creative ventures and global ambitions.
Both parties are committed to pushing boundaries and elevating the Filipino entertainment experience, with a shared vision of producing world-class content that resonates locally and internationally.
During the ceremony, Vice Ganda expressed profound gratitude, saying, “I am so excited to unleash every ounce of creativity, passion, and hard work that's still left in my soul. You see me on television almost every day, but I still believe I have more to offer. In all my current and future partnerships, ABS-CBN will always guide the content I create.”
Vice candidly recalled the heartbreak he felt when “It’s Showtime” left TV5 but acknowledged that the partnership with MediaQuest has healed old wounds and reignited his passion for innovation.

“Even last night, I couldn’t sleep because there are so many things I want to create… This partnership gives so much excitement. It ignites the fire in me… Comfort is the enemy of achievement. That’s why I want this feeling of discomfort, because it will really test how much I can give.”
Pangilinan lauded Vice Ganda’s extraordinary talent and enduring appeal, declaring, “This event elevates Vice Ganda’s title as Queen of All Networks. We offer you the many platforms across television, pay TV, and the streaming services of PLDT and Smart, where we can build a scale and reach that surpasses all other television networks.”
Vargas echoed these sentiments, describing Vice Ganda as a “gift to the Filipino people” and emphasizing the partnership’s potential to share Vice’s unique brand of laughter and entertainment with an even wider audience.
“For years, the industry competed with one another. Vice is an example of what we can become: stronger together. We want to share his gift with as many people as possible… We look forward to working with Vice on what we can do together as kapatid and as one family.”
Vice Ganda, reflecting on the challenges facing the television industry and his recent conversation with Pangilinan, emphasized the need for unity and adaptation in the digital age.
“At this very moment, naghihingalo ang television… But we need to unite because the industry needs us to survive,” he remarked, highlighting the collaborative spirit behind this venture.
The two-year contract marks the start of an ambitious slate of projects, with Vice Ganda aiming to deliver his first offering by year-end.
Audiences can expect a wave of innovative, spectacular content as this partnership harnesses the strengths of both an entertainment icon and a media titan.
