9th Eddys: The full list of winners

 


The Society of Philippine Entertainment Editors (SPEEd) revealed the winners of the 9th Eddys at a ceremony held at the Marriott Grand Ballroom, Newport World Resorts, Pasay City on July 5.
This year, the country's most talented stars and visionary filmmakers are being recognized in 14 categories, each celebrating the artistry, passion, and innovation driving Philippine entertainment.
Organized yearly by SPEEd, The Eddys stands as a beacon of prestige—one of the country’s most respected award-giving bodies, dedicated to honoring the exceptional artistry and achievements that shape Filipino cinema.
Concert Queen Pops Fernandez and TV host-broadcaster Kim Atienza hosted the much-awaited event.
The 9th Entertainment Editors' Choice is presented by the Society of Philippine Entertainment Editors together with Newport World Resorts, PlayTime Entertainment, and Echo Jham Productions; Gold Sponsors Globe Telecom and Unilab Inc.; Silver Sponsors SoundCheck Inc. and Puregold CinePanalo Film Festival; and Major Sponsors Luxent Hotel, RS Francisco, Beautéderm Corporation, and Playalolita Beach Resort Hotel and Restaurant.

Filipino-American actor Matt Evans has said that he appreciates his mother and his family more these days with the help of his afternoon teleserye "The Greatest Love" aired weekdays on ABS-CBN.
