Back in tune: Patricia Javier inspires anew with latest single 'Imagine Me Without You'

Multi-talented actress and singer Patricia Javier makes a dazzling comeback to the music scene with her inspiring new single, "Imagine Me Without You," released under Enterphil in collaboration with Viva Records.

"I immediately fell in love with the song. It's a revival—this song is probably two decades old! What I love about it is that it sounds like it’s just for couples, but it’s actually an inspirational track. True love isn’t something you only find in your partner. If you’re searching for true love, you’ll find it in God," Patricia shared in an exclusive interview at Doc Rob’s Vitality Wellness Center located on the 2nd floor of Po's Building, Scout Madrinan Street, Tomas Morato, Quezon City, on June 16.

She added, "I’m reviving my singing career. I am pursuing my greatest passion: music. Even before, music was my true love, but I got swept up in back-to-back film and TV projects."

Patricia dedicates her latest song to her husband, Dr. Robert Walcher III, and most importantly, to her Savior, Jesus Christ.

"Doc Rob was surprised when he saw clips from our wedding in the music video. Then, when we renewed our vows, our kids were there too! But this project was made even more special with the support of my friends in the music video: Ara Mina & Dave, JC & Jerico, Giselle Sanchez & Emil, Camille Pratts & VJ, Gladys Reyes & Christopher, and Aubrey Miles & Troy. I decided to include video clips of my close showbiz friends' weddings," she shared.

Accomplished beauty queen

Alongside her pursuits in music and acting, Patricia is an accomplished beauty queen who has earned several prestigious titles, including Mrs. Asia USA California 2010, Mrs. Universe Philippines Finest Woman 2019, and Noble Queen of the Universe 2019.
In her younger years, Patricia competed in the 1998 Bb. Pilipinas beauty pageant and became a semi-finalist. In 1997, she was named Miss Magica Dream Girl of Mondragon Philippines, alongside Jane Ritter, and received a prize of P1 million.

When asked whether she would consider entering another pageant, Patricia said she is content with her Noble Queen title. “I simply want to help other women who aspire to become beauty queens. I’m here to support them.”

Life in extraordinary ways

According to Patricia, her life completely changed when she accepted God as her Father and Savior. Since then, she has experienced countless blessings, guidance, and love that have transformed her life in extraordinary ways.

“With God, I have everything I could ever ask for,” Patricia shared. “I cannot imagine my life without Him. This song reflects my journey of faith, love, and the blessings God has given me — including the man of my dreams, my husband, Dr. Rob.”

The emotional and powerful single reminds listeners that true happiness and fulfillment come from faith and trusting God’s purpose. Through the song’s touching lyrics and soulful melody, Patricia hopes to inspire people to never lose hope, continue believing, and embrace the love of God in their lives.

Happily married

Doc Rob and Patricia have now been happily married for 20 years. "Marriage is truly a lifelong commitment. It’s not always a honeymoon. As we grow together, I’ve learned so much along the way.

"First and foremost, you need to have God in your life. You both need to believe in Him. Marriage is like a triangle—God should always be at the center. I’ve learned to be more understanding, to give more, and to pray more. Prayer is powerful. Along the way, there will always be challenges and temptations, but as long as God is at the center, you stay aligned—just like chiropractic! I’m so grateful that I married Doc Rob. Not only did he align my back, but he also aligned my whole life!

"Since I got married, God has always been at the center of our lives. That’s why our marriage has lasted—almost 21 years now! The longer we’re together, the more blessed and fruitful our lives become. Our faith in God is always at the core of everything we do.

"I always tell my children, the legacy we want to leave them isn’t about material things— it’s about growing up with faith in God and learning to become good people," Patricia said.

Moving back to PH

When asked why they chose to move back to the Philippines, Patricia explained, "Marriage is all about give and take. When we got married, I decided to stay in the US for 13 years—even though it was the height of my career. He really appreciated that I set aside my career for our married life. After 13 years, he asked me what I wanted, and this time, he gave in to me. I gave birth in the US, and then we decided to move to the Philippines for good.

"Life in the US was different, but it was good. In the Philippines, I discovered our purpose. I was reunited with my family, and I returned to showbiz to help them. We also brought our health and wellness business here to help others. Now, I get to do new projects in showbiz again!" the actress said.

True role model

Patricia shared that while she’s still in the spotlight, her top priority is to serve as a true role model and positive influence.

"Some may remember me as a former sexy star. But now, my mission is to inspire, uplift, and set an example. That's why I pour my heart into anthems of hope and empowerment—music that tells my story and sparks something positive in everyone who listens. Each release is a celebration of growth and inspiration!"

Beyond her music career, Patricia is also making waves with her latest showbiz projects, keeping her schedule packed and her fans excited for what’s next.

"I feel so blessed to keep pursuing my passion—not just in music, but in exciting new film projects too! Watch out for my upcoming indie movies: 'Deadly Hours' and the timely 'Kapa-tiran,' which tackles hazing. There’s so much more to look forward to!"

Pursuing showbiz

Patricia shared that her sons, Robert IV and Ryan James, are gradually pursuing careers in show business as well. Recently, they, along with other promising young talents, were introduced by Viva Films.

"I want my children to enjoy what they truly want. I told my son Robert, who was crowned Mister Teen, that since he’s turning 20 soon, he’ll outgrow the teen title, so it’s time for him to level up. I said, next should be Mister Philippines," she added.

On her reminders to her kids, Patricia said, "I always remind them to be good people. They should know how to respect and show courtesy to elders. That’s why they still do the traditional mano gesture and use polite words like 'po' and 'opo.' I told them to respect Filipino culture. My sons, ages 14 and 19, enjoy buying clothes and perfume. They also enjoy playing musical instruments and participating in sports.

Guidance for couples

Patricia also offered guidance for couples dealing with life’s challenges.

"They should not forget to pray. Even if you’re not with your partner, still pray. Prayer is powerful. Sometimes we remember the Lord only when we have problems. Often, we call on Him at the last minute.

"Teach yourself to stay composed. If your partner is angry, don’t match their anger. Just listen. When they’ve calmed down, that’s when you speak and explain your side.

"If you’re arguing or fighting, as much as possible, don’t let the children see. Because if they see you acting that way, they might imitate it too.

"Always remember marriage is a commitment. Through hardships and good times, you are together. Marriage isn’t easy. But every problem has a solution," said Patricia.

“Imagine Me Without You” is now streaming on all major platforms.
